Megan of Our Pinteresting Family was perusing the Land of Nod catalog when her daughter pointed out a chalkboard globe that she liked.
Megan assured her that she could make her own just like it if she came across a cheapo globe at a thrift store or yard sale.
It just so happened that Megan found an out-of-date globe for only $1.25 at Goodwill.
True to her word, Megan gave it the Land of Nod treatment by painting the globe with chalkboard spray paint and the base a glossy aqua. $1.25 sure beats $50!
