Playroom Cubby Storage with Hutch

When it comes to playrooms, there is one thing you can’t have enough of – storage. (I am sure your children would say toys!)

Whitney from Shanty 2 Chic was inspired to build a cubby storage system for her children’s new playroom.

She followed Ana White’s plans for the cubbies and hutch, making just a few modifications of her own.

For me, the bead board that Whitney used for the doors and back of the cubbies adds a lot to the finished look of the piece.

I am excited to see the fun plans Whitney has in store for the empty space on top and bottom!

DIY Furniture | Pottery Barn Knock Off Storage System ~ When it comes to playrooms, you can never have enough storage. Break out the power tools instead of breaking the bank with a DIY storage system!

The original inspiration for Whitney’s project came from the Cameron Storage Collection from Pottery Barn Kids.

I Like this version much better than the PB version! The beadboard is so much cooler!
