Industrial Rivet Chalkboard from Old Window

September 21, 2014 By Beckie

Mindi from My Love2Create says she loves when people create knock offs of items from out-of-budget stores and has finally joined the ranks with her very first knock-off project! Mindi shares at My Repurposed Life how she recreated a cool industrial style rivet chalkboard using an old window handed down from a friend. I love how Mindi totally rocked what she had and even gave the wood frame and MDF “rivets” the look of metal. Now she just has to decide what to use it for – a weekly calendar, menu board, or inspiration board for quotes. That’s one versatile chalkboard!
