Aimee of The Crazy Craft Lady had a very sad and mismatched dining set that either needed to be replaced or have a serious facelift.
She had been coveting concrete-topped dining tables but certainly wasn’t paying $1,399.00 for just a table.
Aimee says, “I have seen some very clever and crafty bloggers who have used Feather Finish to re-do their laminate counter tops. I figured, if it works on counter tops, it can work on a dining table too. I painted the legs of my table as well as my chairs and bench white and then covered the table top with three layers of the Feather Finish. All-told, I spent about $100 on supplies and ended up with a completely new look in my dining area.”
Aimee was inspired by the Concrete Top Parsons Table from Crate & Barrel.
