We love a good furniture makeover around here and this dresser makeover is one for the books! Sherry from Savvy Apron and her husband had been storing this dresser for sentimental reasons for about four years. It didn’t match any of their furniture, but still they kept it and stored it until one day Sherry had an “Aha!” moment. She had been dreaming of a cabinet with shutter doors for quite some time, and when she dug up a pair of shutter doors that she had been keeping for holiday decor it all came together. She removed the old dresser drawers, gave everything a brand new coat of paint, and immediately had a brand new shutter cabinet for her kitchen.
