DIY Decorative Bowl Fillers

Roxanne of The Honeycomb Home was shopping with her husband when she came across a decorative ball that cost $5.

Her husband commented that Roxanne could make it herself, and within 15 minutes of getting back home, she did!

Roxanne used a couple of different techniques, including wrapping a Styrofoam ball with burlap and twine and then also wrapping balloons.

What a great (and inexpensive!) way to add texture to a mantel or tabletop.

Roxanne was inspired by the Woodland Imports Decorative 6 Piece Ball Sculpture Set from Wayfair.

This is so random and an off topic question… but I subscribe to your blog and in my emails, your picture previews never show up anymore. Any idea why?

Hi Hannah, It is a technical issue that we are working on. I hope you will hang with me until we get it resolved. I apologize for the inconvenience, as I know the pictures really make the posts.
