After Jen from City Farmhouse added natural woven shades to the windows in her family room, she knew curtains were needed to contrast the woven texture. She finally narrowed her search to crisp white drapes, specifically Pottery Barn’s Belgian Linen Sheer Drapes. However, after bringing one home, Jen realized she just couldn’t spend $500 on six panels. Jen instead came up with an alternate, budget-friendly plan that involved adding tabs to the backs of tablecloths and hanging them as curtains. Jen says, “So what do you think? Six windows cost me just over $100 with tax and shipping, which is a fantastic savings!”
Jen was inspired by the Belgian Flax Linen Sheer Drape from Pottery Barn.
