Monica from East Coast Creative says her entryway was in desperate need of a “stylish, but functional table.” Like a $1,099 table from Pottery Barn made from reclaimed wood and steel – except without the $1,099 price tag. Actually, it came with no price tag at all! Monica used wood she had leftover from other projects to build the table and then finished it off with spray paint and stain. It’s amazing how much the metallic spray paint looks like metal. Sure had me fooled!
The original inspiration came from Pottery Barn’s Griffin Console Table.

What a simple and great solution. Now I won't have to go the stain direction for a table currently being worked on. Rustic is my passion.
