Nautical Pendant Light

December 28, 2014 By Beckie

Wendi of H20 Bungalow says, “When I saw this Ralph Lauren Miramar nautical pendant light in the September issue of Coastal Living, I nearly swooned. It was perfect for the reading nook I’m planning. Classic and just tad bit coastal.” However, Wendi’s dreams came crashing down when she saw the $3,000 price tag. Wendi still couldn’t get the light out of her mind and found a way to replicate it, including the leather accents, metal pulleys, and red trim, for only $25!

Thanks so very much for featuring my knock off pendant lamp! I’m looking at it as I type and still love my DIY version AND the savings over purchasing the “real” thing.

Your knock off nautical lamp looks very sharp! Where did you find the pulleys with leather? Super nice job!

If you click on the link in my feature, it will take you to Wendi’s tutorial on H2O Bungalow. She shares exactly how she made the lamp, including the pulleys. Hope that helps! 🙂
