Pam from Simple Details was smitten as soon as she saw the serpent bowl from the Nate Berkus fall line at Target. Even though it only sported a $20 price tag, the DIY blogger in Pam challenged her to create one for less. Pam says, “It couldn’t be easier – find a toy rubber snake, paint it gold, coil it up and glue it to a bowl. Done in about an hour!” Although this project didn’t go quite according to Pam’s master plan, she did end up with this lovely gold snake vase that adds a little edge to her more traditional décor!
