Make A Small Bathroom Look Bigger with a Floating Sink

11:00 AM By Beckie 3 Comments

Brit of House Updated wanted to give her rather small guest bathroom the illusion of more space by adding a walnut floating sink vanity.

Doing so would also show off the bathroom’s lovely wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling tiles.

Oh yeah! Brit found inspiration online but nothing premade that she liked.

This was hardly a problem since Brit is a total rock star and built her own gorgeous floating vanity with a vessel sink!

Brit was inspired by this trough sink she saw on HGTV’s Rate My Space.

I love how this looks! I did the same thing (well my husband did) in our smaller bathroom, except we built it across a corner on one side and used mini tiles in colors to match our floor to cover it. Great job, Brit!
