Valerie from Home Made Modern had been eyeing a trendy double gourd lamp from Lamps Plus for quite some time but couldn’t quite bring herself to pull the trigger on it. She had a candlestick lamp on her console table; however, it just wasn’t making the statement she wanted. Valerie found a way to turn her candlestick lamp into a gourd-shaped lamp – using an empty plastic juice bottle! This is certainly a lesson is upcycling and creative thinking!
