When updating her living room last summer, Carrie from Curb to Refurb knew a new coffee table was in order. She says her first inclination is usually to run to the Salvation Army, but this time Carrie had a specific design in mind. Carrie’s husband volunteered to help build a replica of the $399 table she’d been eyeing from Ballard Designs. Although the inspiration table has a metal frame, the couple was able to get the same look with wood and a painted faux metal finish. They loved the design so much that they also built a matching end table!
Carrie was inspired by the Durham Coffee Table from Ballard Designs.
