Stacy of Not Just a Housewife is planning a mini makeover for her family room and began looking online for decorative accessories to add to her soon-to-be new shelves.
She came across a pair of charred wood bookends from Anthropologie that grew on her, particularly their symbolism of rising from the ashes.
However, Stacy did not have $348 to spend on a pair of bookends. Instead, she decided to make her own! Stacy shares at Homeright how she came up with her own version that cost MUCH less using untreated redwood and a heat gun.
Stacy was inspired by the Charred Wood Bookends from Anthropologie.
