Katie from Upcycled Treasures was inspired as soon as she came across an owl nightlight from Land of Nod.
She actually went through an owl phase a couple years ago and had the perfect little metal owl sitting in a storage bin.
It already had holes in it, which Katie knew they would be perfect for light to shine through.
She gave the owl a coat of white spray paint and then fed in a string of battery-powered lights.
I love Katie’s suggestion to use indoor/outdoor or solar lights to make this a playful patio light!
Katie was inspired by the Wide Eyed Nightlight from Land of Nod.
