With a baby who is no longer baby, Whitney from Shanty 2 Chic knew it was time to convert her daughter’s room from a nursery to a big girl room. First up, was a big girl bed that Whitney literally whipped up in one day following plans from Ana White. Whitney’s favorite part about this bed is that it’s built to house a trundle underneath. All I can say is that I am blown away by her mad skills and can’t wait to see how the room comes together!
When her brother requested a toy box for his kiddos, Ayisha at The Pursuit of Handyness headed straight to Ana White for plans. Ayisha modified the dimensions to fit her brother’s designated space, drew out her cut list, and headed to a local lumber yard to score all her wood for only $29.
