Ashley from Bigger Than the Three of Us is in the midst of a kitchen remodel. Even though the decorating part is still a ways away, Ashley says she can’t help thinking and dreaming about that fun part. Ashley ended up falling hard for a white minimalist clock from West Elm and was able to recreate it using a plate. The curve of the plate mimics the look of West Elm’s clock to perfection and makes for such an easy DIY!

Since moving from a condo to a house, Jennifer from Brave New Home says she’s been enamored with anything house-related. Thus, she was inspired she create a house-shaped chalkboard clock from foam board. Amazingly, Jennifer was able to pull it off for less than $2 since she had most of the supplies on hand! Refab an Old Vase with a Clay Chrysanthemum

Ever since Vidya from What’s Ur Home Story used air dry clay on another project she’d been thinking of recreating the Anthropologie Chrysanthemum Vase. While making the flowers from clay did take some practice, Vidya says it was well worth the effort. Her DIY flower vase looks remarkably like Anthro’s and cost Vidya nothing since she used an old vase she’s had for years and left over spray paint and clay from other projects.

Painted Cookie Jar Lids with Decorative Knobs

Amy from Joyful Daisy is at it again with another MacKenzie-Childs knock off! This time Amy made over her mom’s cookie jars with pretty ceramic knobs and painted lids. Here’s from Amy: “These cookie jar lids only took a couple hours with drying time yet look so cute. I snuck over to my mom’s, grabbed her plain lids, painted them up, and returned them before she got home from work! She was so excited and noticed them right away.”
