It’s not too late to throw a starfish or two into the mix of your summer décor. Amanda from House Revivals shares a quick and easy tutorial for making your own faux starfish from good old TP! She says, “Make a dozen, tie them onto gifts or napkins or toss them into a bowl with some shells. You might even tie them up with jute twine and make a garland!”
