A couple of years ago, Debbie from Mountain Breaths whipped up a no-sew pillow cover for her patio for the Fourth of July. Debbie’s simple patriotic projects didn’t stop there though! She also created pretty napkin rings out of cardboard strips that she wrapped with burlap and ribbon. These napkins are both inexpensive and easy to make but will make a fabulously festive addition to your Fourth of July tablescape!
