Drop Cloth Upholstered Headboard with Nailhead Trim

Melissa of Two It Yourself says the most rewarding part of the master bedroom makeover she completed last year was the DIY upholstered headboard she made with the help of her sister Stephanie.

Amazingly, the sisters were about to pull together this beautiful king-sized bed in only five hours and for close to $150.

The mattress delivery guy didn’t even believe Melissa had really made the bed until she pulled out the leftover drop cloth as proof.

That, my friends, is success!

Melissa’s bed is similar to the Raleigh Upholstered Camelback Bed from Pottery Barn.
