Jessica from Running With Scissors purchased a stool for $3 at a thrift store. Adding and little batting, spray paint and some fabric and she had the perfect little foot rest to add to a chair she recently made over (you have to check that one out too!).
Her original inspiration was the $129 Classic Footstool from Ballard Designs.
