To this end, Kayla painted her own colorful and vibrant abstract art on a canvas that was collecting dust in her storage room. You don’t have to be an artist to paint your own wall-worthy artwork. Ayisha from The Pursuit of Handyness wanted the perfect settee for her new master bedroom. Unfortunately, the “perfect settee” in Ayisha’s book cost almost $2,000, which was certainly not justifiable for an occasional piece of furniture.
