Build Your Own Hanging Lantern Displays

Suzy from Worthing Court is making over her twenty-year-old home with a nearly complete remodel.

When she got to the dining room, she decided she wanted to add some fun lanterns to the wall, but they looked “dinky” on their own.

In an effort to realize her vision, she took a note from HGTV’s Fixer Upper and opted to mount the lanterns on a wooden plaque.

Using some pine boards, a nice dark stain, a thick hook, and some wire baskets, Suzy was able to create a beautiful wall decoration she absolutely loves.

This is Suzy’s finished lantern display.
