Cassie from Life on Waller saw a really cool piece of art on Pinterest that had a pop art flair with a pair of thick eyelashes and pretty pink lips. Cassie loved the look, but thought that $20 was a little bit steep for a piece of art she could make herself. She grabbed a watercolor set and some acrylic black and set out to make her own art. She painted an old frame bright white, and suddenly she had a modern piece of bright and colorful art.
