Katie from Upcycled Treasures was on the lookout for a fun organization system for her creative studio/office. She had seen pipe storage systems all over the place and LOVED how they looked and was motivated to make her own. Katie put her own spin on the project by glamming up her rods with gold spray paint to better fit her space. I love how this system allows your crafting supplies to be right there at your fingertips while still looking neat and tidy.
Jen from House of Wood teamed up with Ana White to build this amazingly gorgeous balustrade coffee table. The real kicker is that it only took her six hours to build and cost about $200 compared to the $1795 price tag of her inspiration. If you are thinking this is only for the woodworking savvy, think again! Jen says this is a great beginner project but warns that saving tons of money by building your own furniture is a severely addicting hobby! Ha!
