Handpainted Framed Word Art

Ann wanted to repurpose old framed art into décor for her bathroom and knew just where to turn – Deb from Lake Girl Paints. Jute and Metal Lamp Base

Gail from Purple Hues and Me came across a couple of hand woven wicker lamps that really inspired her to update the somewhat “dowdy” ones she’s owned for years. Instead of woven wicker, Gail wrapped her lamp in jute twine and added bands of jute braiding and galvanized tape as accents. Gail did an awesome job combining materials and textures to achieve the look of her inspiration!
