Sharpie Art Flower Coffee Mug

Heather from Woods of Bell Trees bought a European-made mug from Home Goods that she absolutely loved but knew needed a little oomph to take it to the next level. Out came the Sharpies! Heather first lightly penciled on her design and then went over it with an oil-based Sharpie, adding details as she went. Oh, the wonders of Sharpie art!

“If You Can Trace It, You Can Make It” Owl Pillow

Lindsay from My Crafty Spot loved the idea of creating pillows that mimic the look of framed art. She found a way to make her own for less than $10 using a paint marker and a steady hand. Lindsay says, “The real beauty of this is that ANYONE can do it! You might have to find your image online, but creating it is as easy as tracing letters in kindergarten, and saving $90 isn’t too awful either.”
