Midcentury furniture is a big trend in home decorating, and Ashley from Bigger Than the Three of Us wanted to decorate her guest bedroom in the style.
She was inspired by the CB2 Drommen Bed. Ashley was able to build the whole bed including a connected padded headboard for only $175.
She hasn’t decided what stain to use, but true to the original would be a rich walnut color. Since the bed is made of pine, she does need to stain it as it is a relatively soft wood.
