If your mom is a regular coffee or tea drinker, she will love waking up with a pretty monogrammed mug like this one by Andrea at The Cottage Market. Andrea simply added an initial to a decorative mug with a porcelain paint marker and then cured it per package directions. She says, “Add some yummy tea bags…some fresh coffee beans…maybe a vintage spoon and wrap pretty…a perfect gift for anyone!”
I may not be a coffee drinker, but I can still appreciate a pretty mug when I see one! Janel from Nellie Bellie put her artistry to work by handpainting this ceramic mug for a special friend’s birthday. Janel doodled away on the plain white mug with ceramic paint markers to take it from drab to fab!

Would you ever believe this mug was painted? Amazingly, it is! Morena from Morena’s Corner painted this beautiful butterfly and flower design using adhesive silk screens and glass paint from Martha Stewart. With cooler weather approaching, you can never have too many mugs for hot tea and cocoa. I also think these would make great gifts!
