Schoolhouse Ceiling Light Fixture

Anna from Take the Side Street took her love for schoolhouse-style light fixtures and created her own version for a fraction of the cost. She achieved the desired look by pairing a $5 replacement globe with the base from a $5 ceiling fixture. A quick coat of oil-rubbed bronze spray paint, and the transformation was complete. Talk about a simple makeover! I love the vintage, old-school feel of this fixture!

Anna was inspired by the lighting fixtures from Schoolhouse Electric such as this Otis Ceiling Mount Fixture.
