When the movers broke her dining room table, Jen from House of Wood’s first thought was to build a new one. She saw a gorgeous X-based table from ZGallerie and hit up her friend Ana White to draw up the plans. Then with a little more help from Ana and the friendly folks at Minwax, Jen gave her freshly built table a “rustic yet refined” Restoration Hardware-inspired finish. Are you drooling yet? As promised, tonight Shelley from House of Smith’s stunning light fixture is in the spotlight. Starting with a store-bought chandy, Shelley created the orb effect with fencing wire and gave it a fresh finish with white paint. I love what Shelley has to say about her new entryway light… “She’s definitely large and in charge, but that’s what I LOVE about her!
