Tara from Suburble shares at Crafts Unleashed how she gave some dollar store candle holders a wintery makeover with etching cream. Tara says, “ Wouldn’t these votive candle holders look so sweet wrapped up in cellophane and gifted to a hostess this holiday season? Or make a pair (or a trio…) and present them as a personalized gift!”
