For a grand total of $3, Sonnet of SohoSonnet was able to create her own set of colorful, geometric coasters. Sonnet started with a set of Christmas coasters she picked up at the thrift store for $2. She says they were just “screaming” for a makeover and that’s exactly what Sonnet gave them with wood grain paper and paint. It just goes to show that there’s a lot more than meets the eye on those thrift store shelves! With a little creativity, you can have Anthropologie-inspired coasters for a mere $3!

Here’s from Amy: “These cookie jar lids only took a couple hours with drying time yet look so cute. I snuck over to my mom’s, grabbed her plain lids, painted them up, and returned them before she got home from work! She was so excited and noticed them right away.”
