Mel from Junkin’ Junky found a set of four chairs at Goodwill for only $5 a piece. While the price was awesome, the chairs… not so much. Mel describes them as boring with a brown finish that scratched easily. She was inspired to update the color to a pretty blue and then add pizzazz with a vinyl swirl design.
