I love a good DIY wreath, and this puffy pom-pom wreath made by Tara from Between You and Me is totally swoon-worthy! This morning I shared some pretty sewn paper envelopes that add an extra special touch to a note or card. I love the idea of taking it a step further and giving Mom a set of handmade envelopes and stationary with pretty pens like these from The Casual Craftlete. Katie dressed up some cheapo pens she’d gotten for free from banks and other businesses with yarn and twine. After making a bunch of pom-poms for a photo shoot, Meredith from One Sheepish Girl certainly couldn’t let the colorful beauties go to waste sitting in plastic bags. With a needle and yarn, you can give a whole new personality to a plain old bathmat. Kinsey at Sincerely, Kinsey came up with this great idea for creating her own rug with Southwestern flair when she fell for a pricey desert mat from Anthropologie. Kinsey first created a template with chalk on the back of her rug and then stitched away.  Just think of all the design possibilities!
