After building a beautiful farmhouse table for her morning room, Kristen from Lipstick and Sawdust needed some seating so the table could actually be used. She upcycled a pair of counter stools for the project, removing the tops and sanding the bases down to bare wood. The two stools were joined with a center support, and a top was made from a wide floor plank. Being a girl who loves a good repurpose, I am all about Kristen’s ingenuity in building her bench using several pieces she already had. And isn’t it a beaut?
