Lisa from Serendipity Chic Design turned a $2.00 wire basket from Goodwill into her own hanging storage shelf. She simply gave the basket a coat of black spray paint and then got to work on creating the numbered hook. Amazingly, the number is just an image she printed from the internet and then decoupaged to the board. This is so simple, yet so brilliant!
