Tripod Floor Lamps

Suzanne from Meridian Road found two matching tripods at an estate sale and later learned were used by the British military in WWI. Uh… way cool! Since Suzanne had been crushing on tripod floor lamps, she knew immediately that’s what this pair was to become. Using  a basic lamp kit and a few tools, Suzanne pulled it off for only $30 a lamp. That’s a major steal considering some of the obnoxiously priced ones floating around!

DIY Tripod Floor Lamp

Suzanne was inspired by tripod lamps like Pottery Barn’s Surveyor’s Floor Lamp.

My goodness, what a fantastic makeover! They’re much more special than anything that she could buy from a store because of their history. Love how she incorporated them into her home.
