After spying this much-loved dining table and chair set in a local thrift shop Christy from Confessions Of A Serial Diyer knew she had to buy it.

After sitting in the back of her garage for some time Christy went about giving this old set the ultimate in French makeovers!

Including the rustic, shabby chic paint job through to the French writing artfully positioned on the top of the table.
