Did you realize that yesterday was the first official day of spring? Tamara from Provident Home Design added a little touch of spring to her mantel with a DIY canvas painting that exudes a bright and airy vibe. Even if you consider yourself a non-artist, don’t write this project off. Tamara says she is not a painter but still decided to test her luck and learned a lot along the way. Now she has a pretty painting to show for it!

I love harboring my kids’ creativity and think an important part of that is creating a special space for them to display their work. Courtney of Crafts by Courtney made an adorable wall for showcasing her kiddo’s creativity with this jumbo paint palette and clipboard gallery wall. Courtney was able to make the paint palette for around $20 using a board and bottles of craft paint. It is perfect for adding color to a space and making a statement on a long wall.
