That’s why she decided to spend only $5 to make a starburst mirror instead of blowing hundreds on a trend that will eventually fade. How did she do it for only $5? Paper! Yeppers, Aly created her shiny beauties using thick metallic and sparkle paper. Today we are going to go a little starburst mirror crazy with two different DIY versions. The first comes from yours truly! I really love the classic look of these mirrors and decided to join the ranks of DIYers who have made their own. However, like I share at Infarrantly Creative, I think I’m the only crazy person who sanded and stained 150 shims to get the job done! Yikes! Trust me when I say that the end result totally makes it worth it though!
