Stacy from She’s {kinda} Crafty shows how a little resourcefulness can go a long way! In twenty minutes flat she pulled together materials from around the house to create this cutie patootie Easter garland. Fabric, paper, ribbon, twine, pom-poms, cotton balls…. there are so many different materials that you could use to make a similar bunting. Like Stacy says, “So don’t just sit there. HOP TO IT!!”

Katie from Addicted 2 DIY loved the ribbon heart dish towels Anthropologie had for Valentine’s Day but missed the boat on making one in time. Why not make a ribbon Easter egg dishtowel instead?!? Katie already had the flour sack towel, and Target helped out with some pretty spring ribbon from the dollar spot. This is such a cute way to bring a little Easter décor to your kitchen!

Lora paired a thrifted flower pin with a thrifted vase for an all together thrifty version of Anthro’s pretty flower vases. Spring is all about new life, and this is a great way to repurpose an old piece of jewelry and give it a fresh start!

As expressed in one of her favorite poems, dragonflies hold a special meaning to Gail from Purple Hues and Me. So she was delighted to hack a cute, glittery green caterpillar dragonfly that she saw at Pier 1. The Easter ornament was easily duplicated using basic craft items Gail had on hand. Don’t they look like little dragonfly twins {giggle}?

This go-round Sherry dressed up the cartons with pastel paint, glitter, and ribbons for a look that’s befitting of spring and Easter. Sherry’s steps result in a durable, waterproof finish so the containers can be used again and again as tabletop décor, mini Easter baskets, and even gift baskets for friends.
