When it comes to Pinterest, the pinning is the easy part. It’s making those pins actually come to fruition that presents the greater challenge. So you know Angie at Knick of Time was thrilled to mark this wooden twine holder as “pinned and done,” especially considering she pulled it off for less than a dollar using part of an old chair leg and a small wooden plaque she picked up from the craft store. This is such a darling storage idea that could also work great for ribbon, wasabi tape, and other crafting supplies.

Treat-or-Treat Sign

trick or treat sign

Lorraine from South Meets Southwest created this Halloween sign as a craft prize for Bunco night with the girls. (And let me say that I love the idea of everyone bringing a craft to exchange as a prize!) She used a ballpoint pen to leave the imprint for her text and then painted it in. Lorraine says, “I went home with a very cute craft from the party, but I was still a little sad to have to part with my Halloween sign.” Looks like another sign’s in the making!

Laundry Definition Wall Sign

Last fall, I shared this definition sign I created for my new upstairs laundry room over at my other blog Infarrantly Creative. I had everything on hand except for the screws, so this project cost me a whopping dollar to make. That’s just slightly less expensive than the $129.00 price tag of my inspiration. (I’m [...Read More]
