As the name of her blog implies, Debbie from Confessions of a Plate Addict has a little love affair with plates. And… if you read KOD regularly, you know Debbie has made a pillow or two in her time. Well, let’s also add wreaths to Debbie’s list of obsessions! Debbie couldn’t resist creating her second spring wreath, a combination of twigs, pussy willow, and sparkly eggs, since she had almost all the needed materials on hand. Debbie’s newest wreath addition cost her only $7.50 compared to $79 for the PB version!

Easter Egg Branches Centerpiece

Andrea from Queen of Kings fell in love with a lovely Easter display of cherry blossom branches and hanging eggs but couldn’t justify spending an exorbitant amount of money on some fake eggs. That’s where a little creativity and craft store supplies came into play! Andrea stretched her money by doctoring up paper mache eggs with paint, ribbon, and lettering from the computer. She got almost the exact look of her inspiration, but it only cost her $7!
