Patriotic Napkin Rings for a Festive Fourth of July Table

This morning I shared a no-sew pillow cover that Debbie at Mountain Breaths whipped up for her patio for the Fourth of July. Debbie’s simple patriotic projects don’t stop there! She also created pretty napkin rings out of cardboard strips that she wrapped with burlap and ribbon. These napkins are both inexpensive and easy to make but will make a fabulously festive addition to your Fourth of July tablescape!
