Teen Memo Board

PB Teen once sold a cute wall organization system that could be customized to suit your young scholar’s needs. It’s no longer available, but would you really have dropped hundreds (no joke… hundreds) on the wall tiles anyway? Judy from DIY by Design created her own by wrapping corkboard tiles in fabric and then inserting them into a frame. Judy’s DIY version is every bit as cute and customizable as PB’s without the cost!

Morena of Morena’s Corner and contributor at Crafts Unleashed was looking for an attractive way to create a real pin board in her craft room. Pottery Barn had a beautiful chalkboard that she liked, so Morena borrowed the design as inspiration for her bulletin board. I love the window frame look and how each section could be designated to a specific purpose or member of the family for further organization.

Fabric and Ribbon Corkboards

Heather of Fake-It Frugal scored an awesome deal on some corkboards last summer, paying only 75 cents each! They were just your plain old basic corkboards… that is until Heather jazzed them up with fabric, ribbon and beaded trim. We can all use a little more organization in our lives, and it might as well be pretty to boot!
