Not only are they sold out online, but a plethora of DIYers have replicated the look with various techniques and materials. Nikki from 13 Black Cats Designs molded a skull face from clay and then attached it onto a craft store vase. She finished it up with some spray paint and acrylic paint for a cool aged stone look.
