Ruffled Crib Skirt

Ilene from Come On, Ilene! fell in love with a ruffled crib skirt for her baby-on-the-way’s nursery. With gray and white dominating the space, Ilene felt the ruffles were the perfect girly touch. Here’s what she has to say: “This project was fairly simple. It just took a long time to cut, serge, ruffle, pin and sew all the layers of ruffles together. I loved how it turned out though! It was the perfect finishing touch to my new crib!”

Ilene’s inspiration came from the crib skirt in Pottery Barn Kid’s Emerson Nursery Bedding collection.

  1. I need someone to take initiative like you did to make me one! After endless searching, the PB white ruffle tiered crib skirt is the only one I like. I added it to my cart and after T&S, it will be over $100! I can sew a small hole and a button, but I think I’m out of luck with the skirt. Looks beautiful! Great job!

    • $100 for a crib skirt? Ouch! Might be worth begging a friend or family member who can sew to do it for you! Ha!
