Rosette Hayworth Lamp

Amanda from Handmade Lovin’ Mama created this hanging flower drum shade.

She says, “I just fell in love with a lamp & shade from Pier I Imports but didn’t need a lamp. I decided to make the lamp shade and just rig it to hang from my ceiling. It turned out great and I am in love with it! It cost me about $30, hardware and all.”

Her original inspiration came from the Rosette Hayworth Lamp from Pier 1 Imports.

I am so sorry I have yet to re-post this tutorial! When my previous blog went down I lost the tutorial so now I will need to completely recreate the tutorial again. I will be reposting the tutorial to my new blog http://modmomandbaby.blogspot.com/ with way better pictures and where I purchased the lampshade and how to make the Rosettes. Thank you all for being patient! Also, a huge thank you for posting this tutorial to Pinterest!

It's precious! Great job! Did you create the rose buds from scratch? Where did you get the shade?
