Diane from In My Own Style shares with us her step by step instructions to make not only the slipcover by the jumbo pom poms as well.
What separates her idea from the others? Her jumbo pom poms are removable. The instructions include basic slipcover construction using a sewing machine. If you do not have a sewing machine, you will want to borrow one. There is an insertion of velcro which needs to be sewn down and hot glue will not suffice for this step.
If you are a perfectionist and want your pom poms perfect, you will want to purchase a pom pom maker from the local craft store. Otherwise, you make them using the cardboard method. Easy to make and very practical, this slipcover with its jumbo pom poms will protect your ottoman for years to come.
